What is your Guarantee or refund policy?

We offer a 30-day “Get it Running” Guarantee. If you have issues installing this software, we will work with you to resolve it. Please contact us within the first 30 days of purchase if you are having issues. We will work with you to help troubleshoot any issue you may have regarding installing and running your software. After giving us the chance to help you resolve any issues, should we be unable to help you get it installed and working, we will issue a full refund.

Your monthly service may be cancelled at any time with at least 30 days notice prior to your billing date.  You must contact our help desk 30 days prior to your next billing date. No refunds will be given on past billing. No exceptions.
